You will need to have previous experience with meditation, hypnosis or past life regression in order to navigate the Spirit world during your LBL session. When you contact me we can decide what you may need and how best to gain that prepatory experience.  Your LBL will consist of two sessions, the first is a past life regression and preparation for the LBL which will last approximately 2 ½ to 3 hours then, ideally the next day, the actual LBL which will last 3 ½  to 4 hours.  When in trance time is very different and most people are surprised that they are able to stay so deep for that length of time.  It is recommended that you take some time to relax, meditate or rest before your session and after you will want to have quiet time alone to process your experiences so do not plan anything else of importance on those days.

Your session will be recorded and you will need to bring with you a cast of characters, which consist of the important people in your life.  No more than a dozen along with a brief description of each.  These and any goals or questions you want answered we will go over on your pre visit. It is recommended that you read Dr. Newton’s books but this is not necessary.
